Anthropic has 91 research roles open and 38 SPVs named after it filed with the SEC in the last 12 months, putting it first of 144 labs on the AGIX Leaderboard. OpenAI is second. xAI is second for investment vehicles, with 24 SPV filings in a year. The largest Form D a lab filed in the last 12 months was Baseten's $1.10B, on 30 Jun 2026.
